Online Private Face Yoga Session – Single Session

What to Expect

During this personalized session, we will focus on one specific area of your face, depending on your choice.

Possible areas include:

• the forehead
• the eye area
• the cheeks (including nasolabial folds)
• the mouth area
• the neck and jawline

You will learn the Face Yoga exercises adapted to that area and how to perform them correctly.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.

By the end of the session, you will leave with a simple set of exercises that you can continue practicing to care for that area of your face.
