Hydration is key for keeping skin elastic and slowing down signs of ageing. Well-hydrated skin reflects light better. This gives you a smooth, glowy, and bouncy look that we all desire!

Tip #1: Drink enough water.

We can’t say it enough: beautiful skin starts from within. Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day to maintain skin hydration and assist in the natural elimination of toxins.

Tip #2: Eat water-rich foods

Cucumbers, watermelon, tomatoes, and zucchini are full of water and nutrients. They hydrate your skin from within and give you important vitamins and minerals.

Tip #3: Use the Right Hydrating Products

Choose a moisturiser with hyaluronic acid and nourishing ingredients. Look for options that include aloe vera or plant oils. These help strengthen your skin’s natural barrier and lock in moisture.

Tip #4: Don’t skip face yoga!

Face Yoga exercises and massages boost blood flow. This helps your skin maximise the absorption of skincare products. They also oxygenate your cells—resulting in a fresher, more luminous complexion.
