  • Place your fingertips above your eyebrows.

  • Try to lift your brows up while keeping your fingers still.

  • Hold for 10 seconds.

  • Release. Repeat 3 times.

You’ll feel the muscle working, then relaxing.
Do this daily and your forehead will start to look smoother, more relaxed, and alive again.
