Open your eyes wide—without raising your eyebrows. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Result: Tones eyelids and reduces tired look.

3. Cheek Lifter

Open eyes wide. Curl lower lip over teeth. Press upper lip against teeth while smiling. Pull the corners of your mouth back in a straight line. Push chin forward. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Result: Adds volume to cheeks and lifts the lower face

4. Firm the lip area

  Say “O” and “E” with clarity, taking your time. Do 10 reps. Result: Reduces smile lines and tones lips.

5. Tone the neck and jawline.

Tilt your head back. Make a kissing motion towards the ceiling. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Result: Lifts the neck and defines the jawline.
